Physical Products

Physical products, including paperback and hardcover books, are shipped through trusted third-party fulfillment and printing partners.

Estimated delivery times:

• United States: 5–10 business days
• Canada: 7–14 business days
• International: 10–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

Digital Products

Digital products, including eBooks, guides, templates, prompt packs, and downloadable resources, are delivered electronically.

Most digital products are available immediately after purchase and can be accessed through the download link provided at checkout or via email confirmation.

If you experience any issues accessing your digital purchase, please contact us for assistance.

Order Tracking

When available, tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear within the carrier's system.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Mindset Media Group™ is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery date.

We will work with the carrier and fulfillment partner to investigate and help resolve the issue.

International Orders

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by their country.
